A talented winemaker for his wife Anne-Françoise Gros (Dom. A.-F. Gros in Pommard), François Parent also produces wines from his family vineyard (10 ha certified organic since 2013, worked biodynamically, complemented by a trading structure). Well-known to readers, the négoce's labels are adorned with the Burgundy black truffle.
