When harvest time comes around at Domaine Bonnardot, the grapes are picked exclusively by hand to produce high-quality wines in various appellations (Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, Chassagne Montrachet, Santenay, Puligny Montrachet 1er cru, etc.).
