Domaine Bonnardot
In 2006, brothers Ludovic and Émilien took over the vineyards of the family-owned Domaine Bonnardot. Since then, they have carried on their parents’ expertise by capturing the influence of the terroirs in their wines while treating the vines with respect.
As a result, winemaking is done without sulfur, and no oenological additives are used at Domaine Bonnardot.
When harvest time arrives at Domaine Bonnardot, the grapes are picked exclusively by hand to produce high-quality wines across various appellations (Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru, etc.).
