"A lively Santenay"

The Santenay appellation mainly produces red wines, with white wines remaining relatively unknown. However, the Bonnardot estate has chosen to create the Saint-Jean white cuvée, which perfectly reflects the richness that a Chardonnay from this appellation can offer. The palate is fresh and vigorous, with notes of citrus, yellow fruit, and toasted hazelnuts. A real treat with mushroom risotto.
