Colinot Estate
The Colinot Estate is located within the Irancy appellation, about fifteen kilometers from the Chablis vineyards. The Colinot family has been involved in the Irancy wine industry for about ten generations: Léontine Colinot was one of the first women to work in the vineyards and produce wine during World War I.

Today, this 12-hectare estate is managed by Jean-Pierre Colinot, Léontine’s grandson, and his wife Anita.
After earning two BTS degrees in business and viticulture-oenology at the Beaune wine school, their daughter Stéphanie has been overseeing winemaking since the 2001 vintage.

The Domaine Colinot vineyard consists of both young and old vines, cultivated using sustainable farming practices that respect the diverse Burgundian terroirs. As a result, Domaine Colinot produces nine Irancy cuvées: Vieilles Vignes, Boudardes, Veaupessiot, Côte du Moutier, Les Cailles, Les Mazelots, Palotte, Très Vieilles Vignes, and Soufflot.
