Colinot Estate
The Colinot estate is located in the Irancy appellation area, about 15 kilometers from the Chablis vineyards. The Colinot family has been involved in the Irancy wine industry for around ten generations: Léontine Colinot was one of the first women to work in the vineyards and wine industry during the First World War.

Today, this 12-hectare estate is managed by Jean-Pierre Colinot, Léontine's grandson, and his wife Anita.
After completing two BTS degrees in commerce and viticulture-oenology at the Beaune wine school, their daughter Stéphanie has been in charge of winemaking since the 2001 vintage.

The Domaine Colinot vineyard is composed of young and old vines, cultivated using sustainable methods, in accordance with the different Burgundy climates. Domaine Colinot produces nine Irancy wines: Vieilles Vignes, Boudardes, Veaupessiot, Côte du Moutier, Les Cailles, Les Mazelots, Palotte, Très Vieilles Vignes, and Soufflot.
