Domaine Guillot-Broux
Committed winemakers, the Guillot family has been established in Cruzille since 1978. Jean-Gérard Guillot and his wife Jacqueline created Domaine Guillot-Broux, which they managed together until 2008, when Jean-Gérard passed away. Pioneers of organic farming, which their forebears had been practicing in Burgundy since 1954, Domaine Guillot-Broux obtained organic farming certification in 1991.
The Domaine Guillot-Broux vineyard covers 17 hectares and 3 villages in Mâcon: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay. These parcels of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Chardonnay are used to produce a range of red and white wines under the Mâcon-Cruzille appellation.
