Domaine Guillot-Broux
The Guillot family, dedicated winemakers, has been based in Cruzille since 1978. Jean-Gérard Guillot and his wife Jacqueline founded Domaine Guillot-Broux there, which they managed together until 2008, when Jean-Gérard passed away. Pioneers of organic farming—a practice their ancestors had been following in Burgundy since 1954— Domaine Guillot-Broux obtained organic certification in 1991.
TheDomaine Guillot-Broux vineyardspans 17 hectares across three villages in the Mâcon region: Cruzille, Grévilly, and Chardonnay. These plots of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Chardonnay are used primarily to produce a range of wines under the Mâcon-Cruzille appellation, including both red and white varieties.
