Domaine Rois Mages
In 1984, Anne-Sophie Debavelaere created the Domaine Rois Mages, A 10-hectare estate in the heart of the Côtes Chalonnaises. Facing southeast, the vineyard is planted with three Burgundy grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Aligoté), half of which are old vines growing on hillsides.
Félix, Anne-Sophie Debavelaere's son, joined the family estate after traveling and obtaining his degree in oenology. He is in charge of the vineyard and the vinification of red wines.
In 2015, Domaine Rois Mages acquired a new winery to better meet production requirements. The wines are aged in oak barrels in old barrel-vaulted cellars built into the hillside.
