“A lively Santenay”

The Santenay appellation primarily produces red wines, and its white wines remain relatively obscure. Nevertheless, the Bonnardot estate has chosen to create the Saint-Jean white cuvée, which beautifully reflects the richness that a Chardonnay from this appellation can offer. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with notes of citrus, yellow fruit, and toasted hazelnuts. A real treat with a mushroom risotto.
