Hotte Farm
La Ferme d'Hotte is a family-run cider farm owned by Gérard and his son Théo. Located in the Pays d'Othe region, between Champagne and Burgundy, La Ferme d'Hotte covers 20 hectares of orchards, divided into six plots.

La Ferme d'Hotte processes apples with the utmost respect for tradition: picked when fully ripe (when they fall to the ground), the apples are pressed less than 24 hours after harvesting. Like Champagne wines, La Ferme d'Hotte ciders undergo a second fermentation in the bottle with regular riddling.
