These champagnes are "handmade," unique, and high-quality, resulting from a rigorous selection of grapes and traditional winemaking methods. 

Far from mass production, Maison Alfred Gratien limits its quantities to 250,000 bottles per year.

Nicolas Jaeger, Cellar Master, like his father and his ancestors for four generations, oversees the harvests and fermentation in oak barrels, guaranteeing these fruit aromas and authenticity.

The champagnes are produced according to the philosophy of Alfred Gratien, who said, "I have always believed that champagne should be to wine what haute couture is to fashion."
