About the wine:

Made from 70% red grapes (primarily Pinot Noir) and 30% white grapes, this brut is subtly mineral and fruity on the nose, both round and fresh, with citrus aromas.

About the estate:

In 1901, Benoni Mansard, based in Cerseuil in the Marne Valley, produced the first vintages. Gilles Mansard, his great-grandson, took over the business in 1986 and is now joined by his sons, Vincent and Maxime. The family owns 24 hectares of vineyards and 18th-century cellars in Épernay.
