Robert Parker

Another superb value for money wine from Alicante, another 100% Mourvèdre cuvée aged for 6 months in French oak barrels: Tarima 2015. This wine has superb aromas, is full-bodied, has warm flavors, a natural alcohol content of 15%, and is heady on the palate. It is a rich, dense wine with a Provençal style. Aged entirely in old barrels and stainless steel vats, this wine is a revelation and the big winner in the value-for-money lottery." (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)

Excellent wine. A slightly tannic cherry wine, excellent as an aperitif or with salads.
