"The new vintage had not yet been released, so I tasted the 2015 Loco Blanc again to check how it had developed in the bottle. It has become very balsamic, with notes of camphor and bay leaf. This wine is clearly Mediterranean, with some mineral notes reminiscent of Riesling, while retaining its varietal signature. It should continue to improve in the bottle." (Wine Advocate 2018 - Robert Parker) A wine that lives up to its name! A crazy gamble to produce the only 100% Grenache blanc cuvée in central Spain. A unique and unmissable cuvée! About the estate:

I have sampled a selection of Canopy's finest wines on several occasions. The wines remain fresh even in a sunny vintage such as 2015. The vines are cultivated organically, fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts, and the wine is aged in barrels that have been used for two or three vintages, with a preference for large containers, which rounds out the tannins without leaving any mark on the wine. This is a very high-quality estate, producing wines that perfectly reflect the vintage and their chosen terroir.
