60 km from Toledo, in the small village of Dosbarios, the vineyard of the "Bodegas Ercavio"spans wind-swept plateaus at an elevation of 750 meters. A magnificent landscape with a continental climate, featuring cold, dry winters and hot summers with cool nights due to the high altitude. These conditions are ideal for producing ripe, balanced whites with lovely freshness, such as this Ercavio Blanco 2007, made from 95% Airen and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. A fruit-forward white with intense aromas, perfect on its own as an aperitif or paired with appetizers, fish, or seafood.
