Ercavio was born from the collaboration of three renowned winemakers and consultants to some of Spain’s finest estates. Their magnificent 15-hectare vineyard benefits from an ideal terroir that allows the grapes to ripen perfectly while retaining a lovely freshness. This cuvée Tempranillo, named after the single grape variety from which it is made, is vinified using traditional methods and, in part, in those characteristic clay amphorae known as "tinajas" before being transferred to barrels. A wine well worth discovering right away.
