L'Infernal
In 2002, Laurent Combier, Peter Fischer and Jean-Michel Gerin, 3 French winemakers, made their first Priorat wine with leased vines.
Léo Cuisinier and Lucas Chazallet have now taken over the reins of l'Infernal. Trained at Domaine Combier, they are determined to continue the adventure begun by the trio.
Owners of 8ha of vines, they vinified in their own cellar. This decade enabled them to understand the region and present the new l'Infernal range, made from plot-based selections.
