Bodegas y Vinedos Pujanza

Bodegas y Vinedos Pujanza was founded in 1998 by Carlos San Pedro, representing the fifth generation of winegrowers and the third generation of winemakers. In 2001, the winery presented its first wine, Pujanza. Carlos San Pedro considers himself more of a winegrower, aware that his work is aimed at creating great wines. This idea was the starting point for the young winery, which wants its vitality to be reflected in its wines.

Bodegas y Vinedos Pujanza is located in La Guardia, Rioja de Alava, a village known for its winegrowing tradition and the quality of its wines. Carlos' philosophy is to convey all the character and personality of the terroir in his wines. This philosophy is based on careful attention to the vineyard, from pruning to harvesting. All processes are carried out with respect for the raw material in order to deliver authentic wines.
