Javier Zaccagnini, who is also a co-owner of Aalto in Ribera del Duero, founded Ossian with the sole aim of producing Spain’s finest white wines. Columela is the estate’s second wine, made from 100% Verdejo with 85% of the vines grown ungrafted. This 2009 vintage is characterized by its delicate aromas of white flowers and subtle notes of almonds. The grape variety brings a lot of personality, with lovely acidity and great freshness. A splendid Rueda worth discovering!
