Los Pinos 0%, which takes its name from the fact that no sulfites are added, does not have the profile of typical "natural" wines. On the contrary, the nose is quite clean, even if it is not spectacular. It is a blend of Grenache, Monastrell, and Syrah, harvested together and fermented in cement vats with their indigenous yeasts, then aged for eight months. It has a nose of black fruits, ripe without excess, and the palate is balanced with round tannins, good acidity, and a very flavorful, slightly chalky finish. (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)
