"A real fruit explosion!"

“The Soplo 2020 is a young Garnacha with about 10% Monastrell and Forcalla and a moderate alcohol content (13.7%). It was fermented with 20% whole clusters in stainless steel using gentle winemaking techniques and aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It has a brilliant ruby color and a fragrant, expressive, youthful nose blending fruit and floral notes; it is elegant on the palate, with fresh, very fine tannins, great texture, and highly concentrated, clean flavors. Superb. Excellent value for the price as well.” (Wine Advocate 2022)
