Vineyard plots harvested and vinified separately, whole-cluster pressing for the Furmint, destemming and cold maceration for 24 hours for the Hárslevelű, a combination of different yeast strains, natural fermentation in 225- and 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels aged 2 to 5 years, 10% of which are new (Zemplén)

Livestock farming

Aged for 2 months in 225- and 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels (Zemplén), 90% of which were 2- to 5-use barrels and 10% new, followed by an additional 5 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees (after blending the various batches)
