Vineyard plots harvested and vinified separately, whole-cluster pressing for the Furmint, destemming and cold maceration for 24 hours for the Hárslevelű, a combination of different yeast strains, natural fermentation in 225- and 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels aged 2 to 5 years, 10% of which are new (Zemplén)

Aged for 2 months in 225- and 500-liter Hungarian oak (Zemplén) barrels—90% of which had been used 2 to 5 times and 10% of which were new—followed by an additional 5 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees (after blending the various batches)
