About the wine:
Pale, translucent ruby. The nose is magnificent. Bright, pure aromas of juicy red and black cherries, figs, and rose petals contrast with darker notes of smoke, salt, and iron. It is both lovely and primal. The palate is quite refined, with slightly grainy tannins and a slight burn from the alcohol. This is probably the most elegant Cannonau I’ve tasted. 2025–2030
