About wine:
Pale, translucent ruby. The nose is magnificent. Bright, pure aromas of juicy red and black cherries, figs, and rose petals are juxtaposed with darker notes of smoke, salt, and iron. It is both pretty and primitive. The palate is quite refined, with slightly grainy tannins and a slight burn from the alcohol. This is probably the most elegant Cannonau I have tasted. 2025-2030
