"Made entirely from organically grown Sangiovese grapes, it opens with aromas reminiscent of ripe red berries, cedar, and Mediterranean brush. Wine rating (2021 guide) 90/100 (Outstanding wine)

Rated Recommended (Wine producer recommended by Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate)

About wine:

Another expression of Lorenzo Zonin's dynamic organic Sangiovese from Podere San Cristoforo, the 2018 Maremma Toscana Sangiovese Amaranto shows a robust and moderately concentrated constitution. This expression reveals black fruit and plum with more invigorating notes of wild cherry and rose on the finish. The tannins are a little rougher for this wine.
