Casa Bianca - Spumanti

The Manin family founded the Casa Bianca estate in 1906 and handed it over to the Palla family in 1978. The Casa Bianca estate spans 30 hectares, situated among the well-known towns of Asolo, Conegliano, and Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco appellation. Cultivated using traditional viticultural methods, the Glera grapes allow the Casa Bianca estate to produce wines through fermentation with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures.
