Casa Bianca - Spumanti

The Manin family established the Casa Bianca estate in 1906 and then handed it over to the Palla family in 1978. The Casa Bianca estate covers 30 hectares, located between the well-known towns of Asolo, Conegliano, and Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco appellation. Using traditional viticulture methods, the Glera grapes allow the Casa Bianca estate to produce wines using indigenous yeasts and low-temperature fermentation.
