"Lots of foam initially, which takes a while to subside, allowing the beautiful aromas of lemon and lemon blossom to emerge from the glass. There are also notes of licorice chalk. On the palate, it is quite dense, with the chalkiness transforming into crème fraîche and the lemon being absorbed into the creamy mineral texture with enough sparkle to keep it lively.
