Il Palagio
Owned by singer Sting since 2000, the Il Palagio estate is located in the heart of Italian Tuscany. Vines and olive trees have been cultivatedhere for centuries. Sting and his wife Trudy, very committed to the environmental cause, have converted the vineyard to organic farming and replanted 11 hectares of vines.
Il Palagio 's grape varieties are mainly Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Syrah and Merlot for the reds, and Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc for the whites.
