The 2021 spent 18 months in barrel, three months in barrels used once during malolactic fermentation, then 15 months in 100% new barrels for the remainder of its aging. 2027-2051

Sophisticated and full of finesse. Medium- to full-bodied, with racy, very silky tannins that linger for several minutes. Blackberry and cassis with notes of graphite and pencil. Such beautiful tannins. Racy and fine. Drink in five or six years.
