Domaine du Pélican
Domaine du Pélican is a young Jura estate owned by François Duvivier (who also serves as the estate manager) and François d'Angerville (who also owns the eponymous estate in Volnay).
The Burgundian influence is clearly evident in the wines of Domaine du Pélican, which bring out the best in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as Savagnin and Poulsard.
Domaine du Pélican produces wine from its own vineyards, part of which was planted in 2001, but also works under lease on the vineyards of the renowned Jacques Puffeney.
