Domaine du Pélican is a young Jura estate owned by François Duvivier (also the estate manager) and François d'Angerville (also the owner of the eponymous domaine in Volnay)
. The Burgundian imprint is clearly present in Domaine du Pélican wines, which sublimate chardonnay and pinot noir as well as savagnin and poulsard
. Domaine du Pélican produces on its own terroirs, part of which were planted in 2001, but also farms out the vines of the famous Jacques Puffeney.
