Mas Bruguière - Les Mûriers blanc 2025

This Valflaunès estate, nestled in the shadow of the impressive Pic Saint-Loup, was one of the pioneers of the quality revival in Languedoc. Xavier, representing the new generation of the Bruguière family, is exploring biodynamic viticulture and achieving excellent results with fresh, structured, and rich reds. The unique white wine, Les Mûriers, is intended for fine dining. The estate made the bold decision to sell off part of its vineyards in order to refocus on the historic family-owned lands between Pic Saint-Loup and the Hortus massif. Mas Bruguière is reached via a breathtaking road that winds its way between the cliffs of Hortus and Pic Saint-Loup. After taking over from his father, Guilhem, in 1999, Xavier Bruguière (seventh generation) converted the family estate and its 11 hectares of vineyards to organic farming.

This historic 12-hectare estate spans two areas: the Rocher de la Bergère, directly below the Hortus cliff, and the Plaine, a north-facing terroir at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup. Xavier Bruguière is the seventh generation to lead the estate. The vineyards are exceptionally well-maintained, and the wines are open and elegant, without compromising their aging potential.
