A new vintage, the 2004 was rated: Robert Parker 91/100
Few winemakers enjoy producing 100% Carignan wines. Robert Creus crafts this Léonie cuvée from very old vines grown in the Saint-Christol terroir. The 2005 vintage features lovely aromas of black fruit punctuated by hints of spice. Its full body, dense texture, and well-integrated tannins, supported by a nice freshness, make this wine a success that is best enjoyed today with a nice cut of beef!

This wine has excellent intrinsic quality; unfortunately, all the bottles consumed since 2011 show signs of aging (maderization).
