Domaine de Terre Inconnue cultivates "forgotten" grape varieties, such as Serine, an ancient variety of Syrah, which, when blended with Syrah (the modern variety)—both of which yield very low harvests—produces a wine that stands out distinctly from the estate’s other cuvées. In a style where power is certainly still present, but where finesse and freshness add a whole new dimension. A great wine, refined and with excellent aging potential.
