The wines of “Sable de Camargue” were officially recognized as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) following publication on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. To produce exceptional wines, the winemakers of Sable de Camargue have combined traditional regional grape varieties with nationally renowned ones. The gris and gris de gris wines perfectly reflect the terroir with their pale salmon color, elegance on the palate, and freshness.
