Born out of a meeting in 2020, OF COURSE is a project that is purely Languedoc in character, deeply rooted in its terroir. ANTECH, known for its Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux sparkling wines, and KINA KARO, which produces aperitifs made with Quinquina, have combined their expertise to create a unique cocktail that embodies their distinct identity OF COURSE, and offer a local, natural alternative (with no artificial flavors or colors) to mass-produced cocktails. OF COURSE is a refreshing blend of light, bubbly Limoux and a delicately spiced liqueur from the Corbières—a "French-style Spritz"!

OF COURSE is an Occitan exclamation that emphasizes something obvious.

ANTECH

Maison Antech has been in business in Limoux since the 19th century. Françoise Antech tells the story of the sixth generation, while her son, Baptiste, who has just joined the company, is shaping the story of the seventh. A passionate advocate of the Mauzac grape variety, Maison Antech specializes in the sparkling wines Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux. Françoise and Baptiste recently created the Blanquette de Limoux Extra-brut Pardi!

KINA KARO

Kina Karo was founded in 1928 and made a name for itself with the Quinquina of the same name. A refreshing and healthy aperitif, at a time when water was sometimes not very safe to drink, Kina Karo combined great taste with hygiene. Today, under the expert guidance of Aurélien Carrelas, Kina Karo offers a blend of modernity and tradition with its Quinquina white wine, served over ice or in cocktails, and now the Pardi Natural Liqueur!
