"A refreshing cocktail for summer!"
"Pardi! liqueur is made by macerating eight plants, including sweet and bitter oranges, ginger, chamomile, and lemon. [...] Françoise and Baptiste Antech chose their Blanquette Extra-Brut to accompany Kina Karo liqueur and create this delicious cocktail. We tried it for you, and it's a real treat, with fruity citrus notes complementing delicate floral notes. The restraint in terms of sugar and the authentic aroma set it apart from industrial versions. Try it now! (Terre de Vins 2021) • Box of 3 bottles: 1 liqueur (70cl) and 2 bottles of Extra-Brut sparkling wine (75cl), equivalent to 15 glasses of 15cl •

About the estate:
Maison Antech and winemaker Aurélien Carrelas have joined forces to offer "Pardi!", a natural aperitif cocktail and local alternative to industrial orange-flavored fizzy drinks. A native of Luc-sur-Orbieu, Aurélien Carrelas is a winemaker in Saint-Paul de Fenouillet, but also a distiller in the Corbières region. After reviving the quinine-based tonic Kina Karo, he met Françoise Antech and her son Baptiste, from the famous Limoux-based company of the same name. The idea was to create a French-style spritz for aperitifs. From their discussions, Pardi! was born. This Occitan exclamation expresses the obviousness of an aperitif that is both distinctive and natural, the result of a happy marriage between a local liqueur with orange accents and sparkling wine from the Limoux appellation, as a response to industrial cocktails.
