Well known for his Château Ollieux Romanis, Pierre Bories acquired Le Champ des Murailles in 2012, an estate in Corbières-Boutenac founded by François des Ligneries. Located just outside Fabrezan, low walls surround the vineyard plots in this idyllic setting of unspoiled nature. This unspoiled area benefits from specific climatic conditions characterized by abundant rainfall and cool temperatures.

The vineyards of Champ des Murailles span 40 plots, cultivated organically and tended in harmony with Mother Nature. Here, one discovers another facet of Boutenac—a free interpretation of its terroir and its wines. In 2020, a new building equipped with the latest technologies emerged in this preserved area, offering a high-performance facility to meet the demands of a century-old winemaking tradition and thus perpetuate Occitan expertise.
