Mas des Caprices

Mas des Caprices is a property owned by Mireille and Pierre Mann, located on the Leucate peninsula. The children of Alsatian winemakers and former restaurateurs, they set up in 2005 and began producing their own wines in 2009. From their Alsatian roots and through their philosophy, the couple have been able to enhance their love of the land and express it through wines full of fruit, saline tension and purity, far from the classics. 

The Mas des Caprices vineyard now boasts 15 hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vines. It extends over a magnificent terroir that stretches from the limestone plateau of Leucate to the schistose foothills of the Corbières. All work, from vineyard to winery, is carried out with respect for nature and the wines produced.

Mas des Caprices wines are produced largely from old local grape varieties, such as Grenache gris or Carignan, and literally shine with their ripeness and freshness of fruit.
