Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Winery rated 1*Star (A high-quality, recommendable production that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

This six-hectare vineyard, surrounded by garrigue and perched at an altitude of 300 meters in the heart of the Cévennes, is the perfect setting for typically Mediterranean grape varieties to thrive. The alternation of hot days and very cool nights allows the grapes to ripen slowly, thereby preserving their great aromatic purity and freshness. The wines are appealing, aromatic, consistently balanced and fresh—in short, elegant, very easy to drink, and full of character.
