L'Âme des Pierres follows in the tradition of the great white wines of Languedoc—an aged wine that expresses its Mediterranean character, expressive and concentrated, opening with notes of peach and apricot from the Roussillon, along with hints of linden blossom. Its opulence, richness, and roundness are balanced by the distinctive touch of freshness provided by the terroirs of Aniane. And it offers excellent aging potential to boot!
