Marc and Régis Puccini have implemented a rigorous quality policy at Domaine du Mas des Armes: removing the lowest-quality vines, regular plantings to diversify the grape varieties, sustainable viticulture that prioritizes green pruning for optimal grape exposure, and limiting the use of fertilizers and herbicides. Their varied and fragmented vineyard is undergoing a major transformation to make the most of the mosaic of Aniane terroirs found across the 41 plots of the Domaine du Mas des Armes.
