The result of a rigorous plot-by-plot selection, the Perspectives cuvée is a concentrated wine, with a nose that reveals notes of coffee, cocoa, black cherry, and very ripe Ente plums, along with dark berries (blackberry, blackcurrant) and tapenade. It has beautiful fullness on the palate, with hints of licorice, supported by young yet supple tannins, leading to a very long finish... A great Languedoc wine!
