"This IGP wine could fool anyone in a blind tasting, it's a great wine! (Customer review by ERIC E. Published on 01/09/2020) "

Cuvée Les Brunes is marked by a beautiful, intense aromatic radiance, with notes of spice, blackcurrant, licorice and hints of vanilla. A tasty red wine, rich and greedy, balanced and full of fruit, with powerful yet fine tannins and excellent cellaring potential.

Bettane & Desseauve

Domaine rated (guide 2025) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))

About the domain :

Creisses refers to pebbles. Philippe Chesnelong took over this family estate in 1990. He is assisted by his cousin Louis Mitjaville, whose reputation has spread far beyond Saint-Émilion. The cuvée les-brunes is generally powerful, while the cuvée des creisses is more immediate and bursts with flavor. A truly fine address.
