"A maritime wine of great finesse—don't miss it!"

Freshness and creaminess perfectly describe this exceptionally refined white wine. Grown on sandy soil and exposed to sea spray, the vines here produce a surprising and powerful wine with a lively, slightly briny finish. Perfect when chilled as an aperitif or in a kir, or served at room temperature to complement fish and shellfish.

Review by Mr. FREDERIC B. Posted on 10/14/2024

A wine lacking depth, produced using the bâtonnage method, which is supposed to enhance the aromas. Poor value for money. The lack of acidity (especially if the wine warms up in the glass) means it lacks the structure to pair well with oysters, seafood, etc.
