Domaine du Petit Chaumont - IGP Pays d'Oc Blanc de Blancs (anciennement blanc des Sables) 2023
Médaille d'Argent
Concours Paris
"A maritime wine of great finesse—don't miss it!"
Freshness and creaminess perfectly describe this white wine of great finesse. Grown on sandy soil and facing the sea spray, the vines here produce a surprising and powerful wine with a lively, slightly salty finish. Perfect when chilled as an aperitif or in a kir, or served cool to enhance fish and shellfish.

A wine lacking depth, despite being vinified with bâtonnage—a technique intended to develop its aromas. The value for money is not very good. The lack of acidity (especially if the wine warms up in the glass) means it lacks the structure to pair well with oysters, seafood, etc.
