Domaine Saint Sylvestre

Trained by Olivier Jullien at Mas Olivier, who taught him how to make great Languedoc wines, then at the Montcalmes estate, where he helped raise it to the level of the greatest, Vincent Guizard created the Saint Sylvestre estate in 2010 with his wife Sophie, both of whom are the grandchildren of winegrowers. Their 7-hectare vineyard is worked manually (pruning, sorting, harvesting).
