Domaine Saint Sylvestre

Trained by Olivier Jullien at Mas Olivier, where he learned to craft the finest wines of the Languedoc, and later at the Domaine de Montcalmes, where he helped elevate it to the ranks of the greatest estates, Vincent Guizard founded Domaine Saint Sylvestre in 2010 with his wife Sophie; both are the grandchildren of winegrowers. Their 7-hectare vineyard is tended by hand (pruning, sorting, harvesting).
