Domaine Le Conte des Floris

All the vines at Le Conte des Floris are cultivated using certified organic methods, without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. The grapes are harvested by hand, as is the pressing, which is carried out on a vertical press. In the winery, the vinification process is as natural as possible, using indigenous yeasts and very limited use of sulfur. The Le Conte des Floris estate aims to be as non-interventionist as possible, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, in order to best express the terroir of Pézenas.

The Le Conte des Floris estate offers a range of eight wines: three white wines in the Languedoc appellation and five red wines, four of which are in the Languedoc Pézenas appellation.
