Domaine Le Conte des Floris

All of the vineyards at Le Conte des Floris are cultivated using certified organic farming methods, without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. The grapes are harvested by hand, as is the pressing, which is carried out using a vertical press. In the winery, winemaking is conducted as naturally as possible, using indigenous yeasts and very limited amounts of sulfur. Le Conte des Floris Estate aims for a minimalist approach, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with the goal of best expressing the terroir of Pézenas.

The Le Conte des Floris estate offers a range of 8 wines: 3 white wines under the Languedoc appellation and 5 red wines, 4 of which are under the Languedoc Pézenas appellation.
