Domaine Saint Sylvestre

Trained by Olivier Jullien at Mas Olivier, where he learned to craft the great wines of Languedoc, and later at the Montcalmes estate, where he helped elevate it to the ranks of the finest, Vincent Guizard founded the Saint Sylvestre estate in 2010 with his wife Sophie; both are the grandchildren of winemakers. Their 7-hectare vineyard is tended by hand (pruning, sorting, and harvesting).
