Beaufort Castle
Château de Beaufort is a wine estate located in the Minervois region, owned by Jérôme Portal. It covers 170 hectares, 70 of which are devoted to vine cultivation. The terroir offers a splendid mosaic of landscapes dominated by Aleppo pines.

Since the early 1980s, particular attention has been paid to vine planting in the region. Château Beaufort cultivates its vineyard with passion. Certified HVE level 3, the estate is in the process of converting to organic farming, and the 2023 vintage will mark the long-awaited certification in organic agriculture.

Château Beaufort produces concentrated red wines for aging, with plenty of body but fine, elegant tannins. The vintages are named after former owners of this wine estate.
