Since taking over in 1997, Jérôme Portal has masterfully managed Château Molières and operates several estates in the Minervois region, including Château Beaufort, Château d'Artix, Château Portal, and Sainte-Madeleine. The estate overlooks the rolling hills of the Minervois, offering breathtaking views of the Montagne Noire, the garrigue, and the Mediterranean Sea.
Château Molières spansapproximately 30 hectares of vineyards, primarily planted with Syrah and Grenache.
