“A refreshing breeze blows through this alluring vintage, which brilliantly captures the full aromatic palette and energy of the finest Minervois wines. Intense and delicious, the nose takes you on a journey through wild berries, blackcurrant, black pepper, thyme, and bay leaf. The palate is just as dynamic, unfolding with a full-bodied texture, beautifully supported by firm yet irresistibly crisp tannins. The finish, more relaxed, returns to the spicy freshness and hints of garrigue. The essence of Languedoc in a bottle. The jury is on its feet.” (Le Guide Hachette 2027).

About the estate:
Located in the southeastern part of the Minervois appellation on a particularly hot and arid Mourrels terroir, this 30-hectare estate—which is certified organic—takes its name from a martyr venerated by the great-grandparents who founded the vineyard. Thierry Bonnel joined the estate in 1996 and built a new winery in 2002.
