"A superb white Minervois at a great price!"

“A light, straw-yellow color; a lively nose with notes of flowers (jasmine, lily of the valley) and citrus; a vibrant, lively palate with more exotic aromas (lychee), rounded off by a subtle hint of bitterness on the finish: a bright white wine best enjoyed while young.” (Le Guide Hachette 2027).

About the wine:

A light, straw-yellow color; a lively nose with notes of flowers (jasmine, lily of the valley) and citrus; a vibrant, lively palate with more exotic aromas (lychee), rounded off by a subtle hint of bitterness on the finish: a bright white wine best enjoyed while young.

About the estate:

Located in the southeastern part of the Minervois appellation on a particularly hot and arid Mourrels terroir, this 30-hectare estate—which is certified organic—takes its name from a martyr venerated by the great-grandparents who founded the vineyard. Thierry Bonnel joined the estate in 1996 and built a new winery in 2002.
