Vignoble du Loup Blanc

The Vignoble du Loup Blanc vineyard is located in the hamlet of La Roueyre, near Bize-Minervois. It is owned by Alain Rochard, Nicolas Gaignon, Carine and Laurent Farre, who have been partners since acquiring the estate in 2002.

The Vignoble du Loup Blanc comprises 18 hectares divided into small plots located in Bize in the part of the Minervois known as "Les Causses," a terroir in the foothills of the Montagne Noire, at the northeastern edge of the appellation. The highly varied Languedoc grape varieties are rooted in limestone and red clay soil. The altitude and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly. The Vignoble du Loup Blanc is cultivated using certified organic methods, complemented by biodynamic practices. The wines are made in the most natural way possible.

The wines of the Vignoble du Loup Blanc are produced using a healthy and rich approach, aiming to preserve freshness and a pure expression of the terroir, combining complexity, minerality, and balance.
